Join the exclusive kss99 VIP member community and enjoy far greater rewards — higher cashback, special bonuses, a personal account manager and access to exclusive gaming tables.
Each VIP tier is designed to deliver increasingly greater rewards and increasingly exclusive treatment. The more actively you play, the higher the level you reach.
All bonuses and cashback are subject to terms and conditions. Gambling may be addictive — bet responsibly.
Every ringgit you deposit and use to play is automatically counted as VIP points. No separate registration required — your progress is tracked in real time in your kss99 account dashboard.
The kss99 VIP system is designed to be easy to understand and fair to all members. Your progress depends on playing activity — the more often you play, the faster you advance.
All new kss99 members are automatically placed at Silver tier upon registration and first deposit. You are already eligible to enjoy 5% cashback every week.
Reach Gold tier when your cumulative deposit total hits the set threshold. Enjoy 10% cashback, daily reload bonuses and access to exclusive VIP tables.
The Platinum tier gives you more personalised service with a personal account manager, 15% cashback and higher withdrawal limits compared to regular members.
The highest tier in the kss99 VIP ecosystem. Diamond members enjoy 20% cashback, unlimited withdrawals, exclusive birthday gifts and access to special events.
The kss99 VIP Program is designed to reward member loyalty in meaningful and tangible ways — not just empty promises.
Receive automatic cashback every Monday based on the previous week's playing activity — from 5% to 20% according to your VIP tier.
Platinum and Diamond members receive a personal account manager available 24/7 — from financial matters to technical needs.
Play at exclusive Live Casino tables with more flexible betting limits, a more personal atmosphere and handpicked professional dealers.
VIP members enjoy much higher daily and monthly withdrawal limits than regular members — up to unlimited for Diamond tier.
Every VIP member from Gold tier and above receives a special gift on their birthday — bonus credits or an exclusive tailored gift.
VIP member enquiries receive priority in the support queue — faster responses, quicker resolutions and more personalised service.
Gold VIP members and above qualify for daily reload bonuses unavailable to regular members — more credits for every deposit you make.
Selected Diamond members receive invitations to exclusive events hosted by kss99 — priceless offline experiences.
The kss99 VIP Program is not just a label given to members who play a lot. It is a meticulously designed rewards ecosystem to ensure every ringgit you invest on this platform brings commensurate returns — in the form of cashback, bonuses, personalised service and a variety of other exclusive benefits.
Many kss99 members who initially knew nothing about this program began to realise how valuable VIP status is once they levelled up for the first time. The difference between a regular member and a Gold VIP member, for example, can mean hundreds of ringgit difference in the value of rewards received each month.
One thing that sets the kss99 VIP program apart from other platforms is its transparency. The VIP points system is calculated automatically and can be monitored in real time through your account dashboard. You know exactly how many points have accumulated, how many more are needed to level up, and when your cashback will be credited.
VIP points are calculated based on your total deposits and gaming activity. Every game category contributes to VIP points — from video slots, live casino, sports betting to classic table games. No game is "excluded" — all your activity on the kss99 platform is recognised.
The most loved feature by kss99 VIP members is the automatic weekly cashback. Unlike bonuses that require you to claim manually or meet complex wagering conditions, VIP cashback is credited directly to your account every Monday based on the previous week's activity.
For Diamond members with 20% cashback, this means if you play RM5,000 in a week, you could potentially receive up to RM1,000 back as cashback. This is a highly significant benefit and makes the kss99 VIP program among the most competitive in the Malaysian market.
For Platinum and Diamond members, the personal account manager facility is one of the most valued benefits. Your account manager is an individual specifically assigned to assist you with all your needs — from account-related enquiries, assistance with deposit and withdrawal processes, to alerts about exclusive promotions that suit your playing style.
Unlike general customer support that answers queries from many members simultaneously, your personal account manager understands your profile and needs individually. This provides a more personalized and efficient experience — issues resolved faster, queries answered in greater detail.
One of the most attractive benefits in the kss99 VIP program is access to exclusive live casino tables that regular members cannot access. These tables offer a more personal gaming atmosphere, more flexible betting limits tailored to your needs, and handpicked professional dealers trained to deliver world-class service.
The experience of playing at kss99 VIP tables is designed to resemble a premium casino atmosphere — with high-quality video streaming, more personalised dealer interaction and a more exclusive ambience compared to standard public tables.
Your VIP status at kss99 is based on cumulative activity — meaning it will not expire in the near term as long as you remain actively playing. However, kss99 sets a periodic review period to ensure the system remains fair to all members. Further details on VIP status retention conditions are available in the program terms and conditions section.
We would also like to remind you that all VIP benefits are intended to enhance your entertainment experience — not as a guarantee of winnings or a way to increase income. Play responsibly and within your means. For information on how we protect your data as a VIP member, please read our Privacy Policy ours.
Many experienced players in Malaysia's online casino industry agree that the kss99 VIP program offers better value than most other local platforms. The combination of high automatic cashback, a transparent points system, personal account managers and exclusive table access makes kss99 a hard-to-beat choice for serious players.
In addition, kss99 constantly updates and improves the VIP program based on member feedback — proving our commitment to always deliver the best to our loyal member community.
